Abstract

The invention discloses a dynamic risk evaluation method for road dangerous cargo transportation on the basis of the Internet of Things. The method comprises the following steps that: on the basis ofthe Internet of Things technology, collecting a dynamic parameter which influences a transportation risk; on the basis of the dynamic parameter, determining and correcting a transportation accident probability; determining an accident damage range, and calculating exposed populations on the basis of the dynamic parameter; on the basis of the dynamic parameter, dynamically evaluating driver safetyand the technical situation of the vehicle, and evaluating an enterprise management level according to an evaluation result so as to carry out associated offset on the transportation risk; on the basis of a vehicle speed parameter, establishing a traffic volume estimation model and a real-time estimation model for the population exposure of a high populated area; and finally, establishing a dynamic transportation risk evaluation model. By use of the method, the quantitative impact of the dynamic parameter which can be obtained in a transportation process on the transportation risk can be fullyconsidered, meanwhile, the method disclosed by the invention evaluates the transportation risk value in real time on the basis of the Internet of Things technology, can be used for transportation route selection and risk early warning, and improves the management level of dangerous cargo transportation.
