The signal is characterized in that as for a time domain structure, the communication satellite signal adopts a time division multiplexing system in a time domain; asfor a frequency domain structure, the communication satellite signal adopts a frequency division multiplexing system in a frequency domain; the communication satellite signal adopts a multi-beam and multicolor multiplexing system, each beam uses one or more sub-bands as needed, and meanwhile multicolor multiplexing of the adjacent beams is met so as to lower interference between the beams; at least one of the sub-bands in the communication satellite signal is used for broadcasting a paging channel (PCH) signal; and the sub-bands, except the sub-bands for broadcasting the PCH signal, of the communication satellite signal can be used for a broadband spread spectrum SPT signal, and the SPT signal is broadcasted in N(PCH) time slots of PCH signal broadcasting.
