Abstract

The kit comprises a PBS solution, a calcium-free HBSS buffer solution, a fixing solution, a staining reagent and a quality control product. The PBS solution and the calcium-free HBSS buffer solution both comprise one or more of bovine serum albumin, fetal bovine serum, glycerol serum, protein and glycerol; the staining reagent comprises a cell permeabilizing agent and a fluorescently labeled antibody.
