Abstract

The invention discloses a talent recommendation method and a related device, and the method comprises the steps: receiving a first recruitment message which is transmitted by a first terminal and carries a first recruitment demand, wherein the first recruitment demand comprises first position information; obtaining a first position type corresponding to the first position information to determinea plurality of first reward terms matched with the first position type; sending a first job seeker recommendation request carrying the first job information to a second terminal; receiving a first jobseeker recommendation response carrying the first job seeker information sent by the second terminal; determining a talent recommendation result according to the first recruitment demand and the first job seeker information; if the talent recommendation result is successful, sending a confirmation reward message carrying a plurality of first reward terms to the second terminal; receiving a rewardmessage carrying a second reward term sent by a second terminal, wherein the second reward term belongs to a plurality of first reward terms; and generating and executing the smart contract accordingto the second reward terms.
