The invention discloses a method for simultaneously determining arsenic forms of roxarsone, arsanilic acid and degradation products of same in soil, which comprises the following steps: adding a mixedextracting solution of NaH2PO4 and H3PO4 in a volume ratio of 9: 1 into a soil sample, uniformly mixing same, heating and extracting in a microwave digestion instrument, and centrifugally filtering the obtained extracting solution for high performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma-tandem mass spectrometry determination. The arsenic forms of roxarsone, arsanilic acid and degradation products of the same in the soil can be simultaneously and quickly determined; the determination accuracy, precision and stability all meet the requirements of environmental residue analysis anddetection; an adding standard recovery rate of roxarsone, arsanilic acid, monomethyl arsenic, dimethyl arsenic and inorganic arsenic ranges from 73.4% to 105.0%; the instrument detection limit rangesfrom 0.85 to 1.59 microgram / L, the precision ranges from 1.7% to 3.8%, and the requirement for polluted soil detection is met.
