The technical problems that in the common technology, the degradation efficiency of CVOCs such as chlorobenzene is insufficient, and synchronous and efficient degradation of chlorobenzene and dioxin is difficult to achieve at the same time are solved, efficient mineralization of chlorobenzene is achieved through multi-path
