The method comprises the steps that whether there are the pedestrians on the target zebra stripes or not is monitored; when it is monitored that there are the pedestrians on the target zebra stripes, early warning information is generated; the early warning information is broadcasted, so that when a vehicle enters within a preset range nearby the zebra stripes, a vehicle-mounted unit of the vehicle receives the early warning information, and a driver is reminded according to the early warning information; or when the vehicle is on automatic pilot, the vehicle-mounted unit sends the early warning information to a vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle so as tocontrol the vehicle to avoid the pedestrians. The early warning information is generated when it is monitored that there are the pedestrians on the zebra stripes through a monitoring device, the early warning information is broadcasted, so that when the vehicle within the broadcast range obtains the early warning information through the vehicle-mounted unit, the driver can be reminded, or when the vehicle is on automatic pilot, deceleration or braking or other activities of the vehicle are controlled, and therefore, the pedestrians can be protected from crossing the zebra stripes.
