When it is needed to adjust the installation angle of the lamp body, the adjustment knob is released, the second rotary arm is pulled to move relative to the first rotaryarm till the included angle between the first rotary arm and the second rotary arm reaches a predetermined angle, the adjustment knob is locked, and adjustment of the installation angle of the lamp body is realized; and the whole adjustment process is convenient and rapid to perform, and the problem that a traditional lamp has poor angle adjustment convenience is solved.
