The portable electronic device has a first antenna signal receiving and transmitting mode and a secondantenna signal receiving and transmitting mode; when a magnetic sensor of the portable electronic device senses a magnetic force, the portable electronic device is switched from the first antenna signal receiving and transmitting mode to the second antenna signal receiving and transmitting mode. The bearing seat comprises a base, a back supporting element, a limiting element and a magnetic element. The base is provided with a bearing surface. The limiting element faces the bearing surface, and the two ends of the back supporting element are adjacent to the base and the limiting element respectively. The magnetic element is arranged on the bearing surface and provides a magnetic force. The portable electronic device is suitable for being placed among the bearing surface, the back supporting element and the limiting element. The bearing seat can enable the portable electronic device to avoid antenna signal switching failure or errors caused by vibration or an external structure during traveling of a vehicle.
