Abstract

The invention discloses a composite process method for strengthening a Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy surface layer. According to the composite process method, an orthogonal test design scheme is adopted, an extreme value and variance analysis method is applied, preparation process parameters of a Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy shot blasting sample are optimized, and shot blasting treatment results of a Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy under different parameter combinations (dry shot blasting time, wet shot blasting time, dry shot blasting size and wet shot blasting size) are explored. Through comprehensive analysis of the depth of an action layer, micro-hardness and surface roughness of the shot-blasted sample, the optimal shot blasting process parameters are obtained, and thus the purpose of optimizing the composite process for strengthening the Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy surface layer is achieved.
