Abstract

The invention provides a medical image archiving and communication system which includes a query module, a user authority setting/management module, a DICOM device management module, a system basic information setting module, a report form format definition module, a system parameter setting module, an inspection data management module, and a diagnostic report processing module. According to the invention, the system is a comprehensive system capable of comprehensively realizing acquisition, storage, transmission, display and management of medical images, which can greatly improve the management quality and work efficiency, saves costs, and facilitates scientific research and teaching. The system uses the most advanced image processing and network communication technology, and fully complies with the DICOM 3.0 image storage and transmission standard, making remote consultation simple and easy, and greatly improving the management level of hospitals and health management institutions.
