Problems solved by technology

But this method has the following disadvantages: 1, the support should be customized according to the patient's specific anatomical situation, and the cost is high and cannot be mass-produced; 2, the customized support takes a long time and cannot be used for emergency surgery patients; It is required that each side hole is accurately aligned with the affected branch artery, if there is any deviation, it may lead to blood flow disturbance in the branch artery and corresponding complications, which may be life-threatening in severe cases.
However, this stent cannot completely prefabricate three-branch vessels of different calibers, and when the position of the branch opening varies greatly, the blood vessels at the opening are easily twisted and compressed, and the vascular membrane of the branch vessels on the greater curvature is not supported by a stent, and internal fistulas are prone to occur in the vascular lesions of the greater curvature
It is difficult to accurately place the three-branch vessels, especially when the branch variation is large, it will affect the blood flow of the branch vessels and the lumen of the main vessel

Embodiment Construction

[0033] The specific embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to accompanying drawing

[0034] Figure 1 to Figure 9 A novel aortic arch branched stent-graft-type blood vessel assembly of the present invention is shown, as well as an application example thereof. The assembly includes four artificial blood vessel components. ① A part of artificial aortic vessel (1) with a stent, wherein the proximal part (6) of the artificial aortic vessel (1) has a stent in the blood vessel, and the distal part (7) of the artificial aortic vessel (1) is pure Vascular membrane, in which the proximal section (7a) of the simple vascular membrane part (7) is used to anastomose three branch vessels; ② small branch vessels (2); ③ a section of branch vessels with stents (3); ④ a section of partially membraned vessels A stent vessel (4), wherein the proximal portion (4a) of the partially coated stent vessel (4) is a bare stent, and the distal portion (4b) of the partially...

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel aortic-arch vascular assembly with branch covered stents. The novel aortic-arch vascular assembly with the branch covered stents comprises four artificial vascular components, including: firstly, a segment of artificial aortic vessel partially with a stent (1); secondly, small branch vessels (2); thirdly, segments of branch vessels with stents (3); and fourthly, a segment of a partially covered stent blood vessel (4). The stent is arranged inside a vessel at a proximal part (6) of the artificial aortic vessel (1); a distal part (7) of the artificial aortic vessel (1) is a pure vascular membrane, namely a pure vascular membrane part (7); a proximal section (7a) of the pure vascular membrane part (7) is used for coinciding with three branch vessels; a proximalpart (4a) of the partially covered stent blood vessel (4) is a bare stent; and a distal part (4b) of the partially covered stent blood vessel (4) is a covered stent blood vessel. Being used, the novel aortic-arch vascular assembly with the branch covered stents is capable of isolating aortic lesions involving the aortic arch and the ascending aorta, as well as reconstructing branch artery blood flow and maintaining normal vascular morphology to the maximum extent; and thus, the aortic-arch vascular assembly is suitable for various vessels with deformed branches, including vessels with relatively great branch deformation. Therefore, the novel aortic-arch vascular assembly with the branch covered stents is wide in range of applications and capable of avoiding stent customization, so that mass production is enabled; and moreover, the novel aortic-arch vascular assembly with the branch covered stents is capable of effectively reducing wounds and easy to operate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of implantable blood vessels, and relates to a three-branch covered stent-graft blood vessel assembly that can be used in the aortic arch. Background technique [0002] Thoracic aortic aneurysm and aortic dissection are serious lesions that seriously threaten the lives of the general public. Without active treatment, the natural disability rate and mortality rate are high. In recent years, with the increase in the incidence of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, and trauma, the incidence of thoracic aortic aneurysm and aortic dissection has increased significantly. At present, the use of aortic endovascular stent repair has good curative effect, less trauma and easy operation. However, aortic arch aneurysms and aortic dissection involving the innominate artery, left common carotid artery, and left subclavian artery ostium have always been difficult points in this treatment technique. In order to ensure the ...
