Abstract

The invention provides a rail vehicle axle box monitoring system based on LabVIEW. The system comprises a railway vehicle axle box, an electrostatic sensor, a vibration sensor, a temperature sensor, asignal conditioning unit, a data acquisition card and a computer, and is used for measuring and analyzing an electrostatic signal, a vibration signal and a temperature signal of the railway vehicle axle box in real time so as to complete state monitoring and evaluation on performance of the railway vehicle axle box. The railway vehicle axle box monitoring system based on the LabVIEW is advantagedin that the capability of comprehensively processing and analyzing signals can be achieved, and the railway vehicle axle box monitoring system can accurately monitor a state of the railway vehicle axle box in real time.
