The lip cosmetic comprises the following components in percentage by weight: oil phase matrix 67-91.1 wt%, algae extract 0.5-2 wt%, and a composite emulsifier 4-8 wt%; wherein the composite emulsifier comprises a first emulsifier and a second emulsifier, wherein the first emulsifier comprises sunflower wax, jojoba wax and acacia decuttens flower wax; and the second emulsifier comprises polyglycerol-6 distearate, jojoba ester, polyglycerol-3 beesmate and cetyl alcohol. The sunflower wax, jojobawax and acacia decuttens flower wax are compounded with the polyglycerol-6 distearate, jojoba ester, polyglycerol-3 beesmate and cetyl alcohol, and can effectively increase water transfer ratio and reduce water transfer temperature, thereby reducing occurrence of "sweating" during a molding process.
