Abstract

The invention discloses a policy knowledge recommendation method. The method comprises the following steps of inputting the policy consultation question statement into a policy knowledge classification probability model; classifying and identifying policy consultation question statements; obtaining at least one knowledge label corresponding to the policy consultation question statement and the matching probability of each knowledge label, wherein the policy knowledge classification probability model is obtained by performing classification learning on knowledge point statements in a policy related file by utilizing a deep learning algorithm, and the knowledge point statements in the policy related file are labeled in advance based on a knowledge label system; determining policy related files and/or knowledge point statements related to the policy consultation question statements according to the knowledge labels corresponding to the policy consultation question statements and the matching probability of each knowledge label; and pushing related policy-related files and/or knowledge point statements to the user. According to the invention, a natural language processing technology and a machine learning technology are utilized to provide more intelligent, accurate and careful policy knowledge services for users.
