An inserting plate at the bottom is inserted into a mounting groove, the cutting mechanism and the backing plates are reinstalled on the upper portion of the bottom plate, so the positions of the cutting mechanism and the backing plates on the upper portion of the bottom plate can be freely adjusted to adapt to machining of partition plates of different sizes, the cutting mechanism is convenient to replace, and different types of cutting mechanisms can bereplaced according to actual requirements; the device is small in occupied space, the partition plate can be temporarily machined in the partition plate mounting process, and the partition plate canbe used more conveniently.
