According to real-time blood donator number information, historical blood donator number information, blood donation center personnel number and personnel distribution situation of each blood donation point, optimal scheduling of the blood donation center personnel in multiple scenes is realized. The intelligent scheduling method is called in an intelligent scheduling module, and a lexicographical order optimization method is usedfor determining the minimum value of the loss amount of the current blood donor based on the minimum loss amount of the blood donor. A personnel scheduling path is determined according to the minimumvalue of the loss amount of the current blood donator, so that the transfer cost is minimized.
