The invention discloses a video screen projection method, a video source terminal, a playing terminal and a storage medium, and the video screen projection method comprises the steps that the video source terminal sends first test data to the playing terminal in the process that the video source terminal projects a screen to the playing terminal for video playing; the first feedback data from theplaying terminal is received and the first communication quality between the video source terminal and the playing terminal is determined according to the first test data and the first feedback data;and the video data is transmitted to the playing terminal for playing according to the video parameter matched with the first communication quality. With application of the mode, the video source terminal can automatically adjust the output video data according to the communication quality in the screen projection process, and screen projection interruption caused by unstable communication qualityis avoided.
