Embodiment 1

[0054] figure 1 It is a side view showing the structure of the vehicle seat of the first embodiment. figure 1 A vehicle seat set in a completely flat state is shown.

[0055] The vehicle seat 1 includes a seat cushion 2 and a seat back 3 mounted so as to be tiltable relative to a rear end portion of the seat cushion 2 . Further, on the left and right side surfaces of the vehicle seat 1, a protective cover 4 is provided for covering each of a pair of left and right lifting devices (6) to be described later. Each protective cover 4 can be made of resin, and can also be used as a hand rest, for example.

[0056] A pair of left and right rails (Track) 5 are provided at the bottom of each lifting device (6) covered by each protective cover 4. The rail 5 functions as a slide mechanism for enabling the vehicle seat 1 to move in the front-rear direction. Each rail 5 has a lower rail fixed to the floor of the vehicle, and an upper rail movable in the front-rear direction on the low...

Embodiment 2

[0082] Next, the vehicle seat of the second embodiment will be described. In the vehicle seat 1 of the first embodiment, the first link member 10 ( 10L, 10R) connected to the rear frame 21RR of the cushion frame 21 and the front frame 21F side of the cushion frame 21 are provided. The structure of the connected second link member 12 (12L, 12R). In the vehicle seat of the second embodiment, a slide mechanism ( 80 ) is provided on the side of the front frame 21F of the cushion frame 21 , and the slide mechanism ( 80 ) enables the parallel movement of the front frame 21F to be slidable. exist Figure 8 and Figure 9 , the slide mechanism (80) will be described in detail.

Abstract

To provide a flat reclining posture that becomes approximately parallel to a floor surface of a vehicle. A vehicle seat includes a seat cushion, a seat back, risers, a reclining mechanism, a first link member, a second link member, and tracks. The seat cushion includes a cushion frame. The seat back includes a back frame. The reclining mechanism is disposed at an upper portion at a rear end of theriser. The reclining mechanism is coupled to a lower end portion of the back frame. The first link member is rotatably disposed between a rear end portion of the cushion frame and the reclining mechanism. The second link member is rotatably disposed between upper portions at front ends of the risers and front end portions of the cushion frame. The tracks are disposed at lower portions of the risers. In conjunction with a rear inclination of the seat cushion by the reclining mechanism, a rear end portion of the seat cushion moves forward and upward by the first link member, and a front end portion of the seat cushion moves forward and upward by the second link member.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle seat, and is particularly applicable to a vehicle seat in which a seat cushion and a seat back can be brought into a flat state (horizontal state). Background technique [0002] In a vehicle seat, a technology for making a seat cushion and a seat back flat has been proposed (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2010-116114, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-31387, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Gazette, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-34253).
