The method comprises the steps that a vehicle control unit judges whether the vehicle is in a starting stateor not; if the vehicle is in the starting state, the whole vehicle controller receives a braking torque request state signal sent by the electronic hydraulic braking controller, a gear state signal sent by the gear controller, a vehicle speed signal and an automatic parking state signal sent by the electronic stability control system, and an electronic parking state signal sent by the electronic parking controller; the vehicle control unit judges whether the received braking torque request state signal, the gear state signal, the vehicle speed signal, the automatic parking state signal and theelectronic parking state signal are respectively preset values; and if yes, the vehicle control unit sends an idling torque request signal to the motor controller, and the motor controller controls to execute idling torque output.
