Abstract

The invention discloses a polyionic liquid modified nano material, a preparation method thereof and application of the material in enrichment of phosphorylated peptide in a sample containing phosphorylated peptide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) polymerizing a vinyl-modified substrate material, vinyl and organic phosphonate functionalized ionic liquid to obtain a polyorganic phosphonate ionic liquid functionalized material; and (2) acidifying and hydrolyzing the polyorganic phosphonate ionic liquid functionalized material, and then combining with metal ions to obtainthe affinity material of the polyorganic phosphonate functionalized ionic liquid. The functionalized material prepared by the method is easy to separate, has better hydrophilicity, metal ion immobilization capability, acid and alkali resistance, stability and good specific selectivity, and is suitable for enrichment and purification of phosphorylated peptides of complex biological samples.
