Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a cement-based crack grouting material for roads and bridges and relates to the technical field of bridge concrete crack grouting materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, weighing the following raw materials: composite cement, composite emulsion, pearlite sand, halloysite clay, sepiolite fabric, epoxy chloropropane graft copolymerization modified bone glue, fibrous xonotlite, a composite water repellent, a composite coupling agent and composite rubber powder; grading and chopping the sepiolite fabric; crushing andactivating the halloysite clay and xonotlite; and mixing and stirring the materials. The crack grouting material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of excellent slurry performance, bondingperformance, process performance and construction negative temperature action resistance, strong environmental adaptability, high stress resistance and wide application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of grouting materials, in particular to a preparation method of cement-based crack grouting materials for roads and bridges. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the transportation industry has developed rapidly, and the total mileage of national highways has reached more than 4 million kilometers. With the increase of the service life of the highway and the increase of various complex geological environments and vehicle loads, the damage of highway bridges is becoming more and more serious. In order to extend the service life of highway bridges and ensure the normal traffic capacity of highways, we urgently need to find a comprehensive and excellent concrete crack repair material. There are many kinds of existing concrete crack repair materials, including glue injection and cement-based materials. However, due to the monopoly of raw materials, formulas and preparation technology by individual lar...
