Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a small-clear-distance overlapped tunnel supporting structure and relates to the technical field of tunnel construction. The small-clear-distance overlapped tunnel supporting structure comprises a lower layer tunnel and an upper layer tunnel, wherein the upper layer tunnel is located over the lower layer tunnel. The upper layer tunnel and the lower layer tunnel are the same in extending direction. First structural steel segments and second structural steel segments are sequentially driven into lower layer tunnel arch surrounding rock upwards in the vertical direction, wherein each second structural steel segment is vertically opposite to the corresponding first structural steel segment in position. The bottom ends of the second structural steel segments are welded to a lower layer arch structural steel frame. Anchor rods are constructed at the two sides of the lower layer arch structural steel frame. An upper layer tunnel inverted arch steel frame is welded to the top ends of the first structural steel segments. A gap is reserved between the bottom end of each first structural steel segment and the top end of the corresponding second structural steel segment. Feet-lock type steel frames are constructed at the two sides of the upper layer tunnel inverted arch steel frame. The small-clear-distance overlapped tunnel supporting structure isapplicable to excavation construction of an upper layer and lower layer overlapped tunnel.
