Abstract

According to the invention, a safe, accurate and efficient scheme is provided for open enterprise-level information resource sharing and authorization configuration; the invention refers to an enterprise-level multi-department information system-oriented forward resource sharing and reverse authority configuration method that is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) assigning department information operation and maintenance which is responsible for configuring enterprise department conditions, department information resource metadata and department information resource access conditions through an enterprise information resource management system; (2) discovering shareable information resources in an enterprise by accessing an enterprise information resource management system by a user in the enterprise; and (3) enabling the users in the enterprises to indirectly access the information resources shared by the departments through the enterprise information resource management system or directly access the information resources shared by the departments through the department information system.
