The method comprises the following steps: sending a random access signal and first information for competition resolution to network equipment; monitoring a first response and a second response, wherein the first response is a response of the random access signal and including uplink authorization, and the second response is a response of the first information for contention resolution; when the first response is monitored and the second response is monitored before the time domain position of the uplink authorization, determining thatthe random access is successful; or, when the first response is monitored, sending the second information for competition resolution by adopting the uplink authorization; when the second response or athird response is monitored, determining the random access to be successful, wherein the third response is the response of the second information for competition resolution.
