The present invention relates to an active purge system and an active purge method, the active purge system comprising: a canister configured to collect boil-off gas evaporated from a fuel tank; a purge line configured to connect the tank to the intake pipe; a purge pump configured to pressurize the boil-off gas to move the boil-off gas from the tank to the intake pipe; the clearing valve is installed on the clearing pipeline and located between the purge pump and the air inlet pipe; and an engine connected to the intake pipe.
