Embodiment approach

[0095]The OLED includes a first electrode and a second electrode, and a layer of organic material between the electrodes. The organic material can in turn be divided into regions. For example, the organic material layer may include a hole transport region, a light emitting layer, and an electron transport region.

[0096] In particular embodiments, a substrate may be used either below the first electrode or above the second electrode. The substrates are all glass or polymer materials with excellent mechanical strength, thermal stability, water resistance and transparency. In addition, a thin-film transistor (TFT) may be provided on a substrate for a display.

[0097] The first electrode may be formed by sputtering or depositing a material used as the first electrode on the substrate. When the first electrode is used as the anode, indium tin oxide (ITO), indium zinc oxide (IZO), tin dioxide (SnO 2) , zinc oxide (ZnO) and other oxide transparent conductive materials and any ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a novel organic compound. The novel organic compound has a structure as shown in the following formula (1), wherein X1 to X10 are independently CR1, N or CR2, and L is selected from one of a single bond, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 arylene group and a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C30 hetero-arylene group; and Ar1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C30 N-containing electron-deficient group. The compound has excellent performance in the aspect of red light device materials, has low voltage, high efficiency and high stability, and is a good red light host material.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a novel organic compound, in particular to a compound used in an organic electroluminescent device and its application in the organic electroluminescent device. Background technique [0002] In recent years, optoelectronic devices based on organic materials have become increasingly popular. The inherent flexibility of organic materials makes them very suitable for manufacturing on flexible substrates. They can design and produce beautiful and cool optoelectronic products according to requirements, and obtain incomparable advantages over inorganic materials. Examples of such organic optoelectronic devices include organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs), organic field effect transistors, organic photovoltaic cells, organic sensors, and the like. Among them, OLED is developing rapidly, and has achieved commercial success in the field of information display. OLED can provide high-saturation red, green, and blue colors, and the full...
