The operation energy efficiency of the whole system is improved. When the dispatching loadof the power grid is reduced, by changing a steam flow of an outlet of a medium-pressure cylinder, steam is adopted for driving the steam turbine to drive the air compressor of the liquid compressedair energy storage system to operate to complete the energy storage process so as to implement reasonable consumption of steam energy, so that the working share of a low-pressure cylinder is reduced,and the power generation output of the unit is reduced.
