Abstract

There is provided a computer-implemented method for generating a personalized virtual user interface for a user. The method comprises the steps: acquiring (202) information to be delivered to the user, acquiring (204) data indicative of a preferred communication style of the user, determining (206) a communication class for the user based on the acquired data, wherein the communication class comprises one or more rules, each of the one or more rules being associated with one of: an amount of the acquired information to deliver to the user and a format in which the acquired information is to bedelivered to the user, and generating (208), based on the determined communication class for the user, a virtual user interface for delivering at least part of the acquired information to the user.
