Abstract

The urechis unicinctus polypeptide comprises a first polypeptide and / or a second polypeptide, wherein the amino acid sequence of the first polypeptide is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1; and the amino acid sequence of the second polypeptide is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 2. Theurechis unicinctus polypeptide F2 and the urechis unicinctus polypeptide F7 have no inhibiting effect on proliferation of HUVEC cells, can antagonize the effect of noradrenaline (NE) on inhibiting NOrelease in the cells, and can inhibit the effect of promoting cell release ET-1 caused by the NE, so that the purpose of reducing blood pressure is achieved.
