[0027] The bacteria screening soil was collected from four rice soil samples with different selenium content in Qintang District, Guigang City, Guangxi, and the four soils were named A, B, C, and D respectively. The soil to be tested was collected by the five-point mixing method to collect 0-20cm surface soil. After removing surface impurities, put it in a sterile ziplock bag and store it in an ice box. On the same day, it was brought back to the laboratory and stored in a 4°C refrigerator for later use. The physical and chemical properties of the soil are shown in the table 1.
