Embodiments of the invention provide a file integrity detection method and apparatus, a device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of sending a detection instruction including file information of a to-be-detected file and detection configuration information to a terminal through a server; the terminal determines a to-be-detected file according to the file information, obtains detection parameters of the to-be-detected file according to the detection configuration information, and uploads the detection parameters to the server; and the server compares the detection parameter with a reference detection parameter of the to-be-detected file to determine the integrity of the to-be-detected file. The integrity of the file in the terminal can be checked, and the abnormal running state of the terminal caused by attack and damage of the key file of the terminal is avoided.
