Problems solved by technology

[0004] Although the mobile reaction interface has been used in the detection of protein and nucleic acid content, and can successfully measure the ligand content on the surface of quantum dots, the mobile interface formed by ligand exchange on the surface of the material has not yet been studied in depth, especially The research and application of the ligand exchange reaction based on electrophoresis technology to detect the concentration of the analyte is relatively lacking

Embodiment Construction

[0031] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0032] The invention provides a method for visually detecting substance concentration based on the mobile exchange interface. The exchange reaction forms a visual mobile exchange interface; according to the relationship between the interface distance (speed, width, etc.) and the concentration of the analyte, establish a standard curve; (or speed, width and other parameters) are substituted into the standard curve to obtain the concentration and surface density information of the substance, so as to complete the visual detection of the corresponding detection substance.

[0033] The application detection reaction includes but is not limited to: the reaction between the analyte A and the ligand B on the surface of the solid-phase substance, the concentration of the known substance A and the content of the ligand B to be tested on the surface of...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for visually detecting substance concentration based on a mobile exchange interface. The method mainly comprises the steps of 1) enabling different ligands to be subjected to a replacement reaction on the surface of a solid-phase substance (such as nano-particles and cells) to form an optical signal; (2) fixing the solid-phase substance in an electrophoresis channel in advance by using gel (or a self-filling mode and the like), driving a to-be-detected substance to move in the channel in an electrophoresis mode, and replacing a ligand on the surface of the solid-phase substance to form a mobile exchange interface; and 3) recording the interface movement condition, establishing a standard curve of the interface migration rate, the interface width and the substance concentration, and calculating the substance concentration (or the ligand replacement reaction rate) of the reaction on the surface of the solid-phase substance. The method has the advantages of simple operation flow, low cost, visualization and no need of dependence on expensive instruments.
