Abstract

The invention discloses a circumferentially-arranged water spraying structure of a centrifugal compressor, and relates to the technical field of compressors. The water spraying structure of the centrifugal compressor comprises compressor casing water spraying holes, a compressor internal water spraying channel and compressor hub water spraying holes. The compressor casing water spraying holes are contraction-type bent holes in the airflow direction, and can effectively restrain tip leakage flow, and improve the stability operation margin of the compressor. The compressor internal water spraying channel is a cylindrical channel coaxial with a rotating shaft. The compressor hub water spraying holes are straight holes inclined in the airflow direction, and liquid drops are sprayed into the compressor under the driving of the rotating shaft. The limitation of conventional wet compression is overcome, heat is absorbed through liquid drop evaporation to cool mainstream gas, the whole compression process is close to isothermal compression, compression power consumption is reduced, and compression efficiency is improved; and meanwhile, tip leakage flow is destroyed, and the stability operation margin of the compressor is widened.
