Abstract

The manual tapping tool includes a clamping adjustment member, a rotating handle, a spiral movement member, a support frame and a screw tap. The spiral movement component is coaxially connected with the clamping adjustment component, one end is connected with the rotary handle, and the other end stably clamps the tap and is placed in the support frame. The present invention connects the helical movement member and the clamping adjustment member with coaxial threads, and makes relative rotation and linear motion so that the collet deforms and clamps the tap, so as to realize the tight and stable clamping of the taps of different specifications; and controls the clamping of the tap through the support frame. The spiral motion component is perpendicular to the surface of the workpiece containing the hole to be processed, and performs a spiral linear feed motion along the central axis of the hole to be processed without deflection.
