According to the system, solar energy is converted into electric energy through the solar photovoltaic array, and current and voltage parameters output by the solar photovoltaic array are collected by utilizing the current and voltage collection circuit; meanwhile, signal adjustment is realized by utilizing the DC/DC converter, the DC/AC inverter and the DC/DC voltage stabilization circuit, so that normal work of the system can be ensured; and moreover, the internal resistance value of the storage battery pack is detected by utilizing the discharge current resistance detection circuit, so that the situation that the exception of the storage battery pack cannot be discovered in time is avoided.
