Abstract

The invention discloses a deviation rectifying push plate device installed on a rear shell of a pipe jacking machine head and a deviation rectifying method of the deviation rectifying push plate device. The deviation rectifying push plate device comprises a deviation rectifying push plate, a groove and a power element. The groove is used for containing the deviation rectifying push plate and is formed in the outer wall of a rear shell of the pipe jacking machine head, and a notch of the groove faces outwards. The power element is installed in the groove and connected to the deviation rectifying push plate, and when the power element is started, the deviation rectifying push plate is controlled to do telescopic motion relative to the groove. According to the deviation rectifying push plate device, the design of a novel pipe jacking axis deviation rectifying device is provided by improving the existing pipe jacking machine head equipment. On the basis of a system of an original pipe-jacking deviation rectifying oil cylinder, a lateral deviation rectifying push plate is additionally arranged on a rear shell of the pipe jacking machine. The rear shell is pushed reversely to deflect by opening the lateral deviation rectifying push plate, so that the deviation rectifying speed of the pipe jacking machine is increased, that is, under the condition of the same deviation rectifying angle, the deviation rectifying operation of the pipe jacking machine can be realized only by pushing the jacking pipe for a shorter distance.
