The method comprises the steps of: obtaining measured data and to-be-measured data, wherein the measured data comprises the focusing position of the measured camera module, the corresponding modulation transfer function peak value and the corresponding measured proportion value, the to-be-measured data comprises a motor position of the to-be-measured camera module, a corresponding modulation transfer function value and a to-be-measured proportion value, each focusing position means that a corresponding modulation transfer function peak value exists at a position to which a motor of a corresponding tested camera module drives a lens to move, and the scale value is related to an area of a reference region in the image; determining a change relation according to the focusing position of the measured camera module in the measured data and the corresponding measured proportion value, wherein the change relation is the proportion of the lens displacement change and the proportion value change; and determining the next motor position of the to-be-detected camera module according to the to-be-detected data and the change relation.
