The folding and unfolding rotating shaft device comprises rotating shafts and the knuckle bearings, wherein first ends of the rotating shafts are fixedly connected to a vehicle body; the knuckle bearings comprises knuckle bearing inner rings and knuckle bearing outer rings, the knuckle bearing inner rings are arranged on the outer walls of second ends of the rotating shafts in a sleeving mode, and the knuckle bearing outer rings are connected with missile wings; and when the missile wings are unfolded and folded, the missile wings rotate around the rotating shafts through the knuckle bearings, and part of aerodynamic loads borne by the missile wings need to be transmitted to the rotating shafts by passing through the knuckle bearings firstly.
