Abstract

The invention provides a method and a system for extracting structured data of a disease prognosis covariable based on an unstructured medical text, an intelligent terminal and a computer readable storage medium. According to the method, in different stages of data processing, the model with the best effect is adopted for data extraction, and the accuracy of database construction is improved. After the technical scheme is adopted, the extraction of the structured data can be completed only by inputting the name of the covariable. A structured database capable of being used for statistical analysis is extracted from Chinese medical texts which cannot be directly used for statistical analysis, and clinicians are helped to find potential disease prognosis influence factors from medical record texts. Therefore, the process of manually extracting covariables is omitted, and the method has good compatibility and portability and can be conveniently nested, developed and maintained on various platforms.
