Abstract

The two-position four-way electromagnetic valve comprises a metal valve body with internal communicating holes, a valve element, a manual knob and an electromagnetic mechanism, wherein the four internal communicating holes, two working ports, an exhaust port and a pressure inlet are formed in the metal valve body; the internal communicating holes are communicated with an upper valve cavity and a lower valve cavity of the metal valve body; the two working ports are formed in one side of the metal valve body; and the exhaust port and the pressure inlet are formed in the opposite sides of the working ports and are arranged in a staggered mode, so that the pressure borne by the two ports on the same section of the valve element is reduced. The valve element is composed of four sections of valve rods, and the valve rods are combined through combination rings, so that maintenance and assembly of the valve element are facilitated; spacer sleeves and sealing rings are arranged on the valve rods; and the valve element is installed in the metal valve body.
