Abstract

A specific primer pair protected by the invention consists of single-stranded DNA molecules as shown in SEQ ID No. 1 and SEQ ID No. 2. A specific marker combination is designed by utilizing insertion/deletion of different material sequences, the southern rust resistance of different corn materials can be rapidly and accurately identified by utilizing the marker through a capillary electrophoresis technology, and the problems of difficult identification, long period and the like in regions except the southern rust high-incidence place can be solved; and besides, the defects of complex operation, poor stability and repeatability, high cost and the like of RFLP, RAPD, AFLP and other detection methods can be overcome.
