The method mainly comprises the step of detecting QP of a decoded video frame, and selecting a corresponding network model according to a detection result to improve the quality of the video frame. According to the invention, a space-time network structure is adopted for a video post-processing model, an improved U-Net layered network structure is adopted in space, and by reducing the size of feature mapping, a data volume is reduced and the size of a compression effect is reduced; in addition, multi-scale space prior information of the video frame is extracted by combining a plurality of different convolution kernels; and in terms of time, due to correlation and quality fluctuation characteristics between video frames, motion flow graph information between a target frame and a plurality of adjacent frames is extracted, so missing detail information of the target frame can be made up, and high-frequency details of the target frame are recovered in combination with an enhanced I frame.
