After the optical module is inserted, the current output state of the port and the configuration information of the optical module are obtained, the output mode supported by the optical module is determined according to the configuration information pre-configured in the optical module, and then the output state of the port is adjusted according to the current output state of the port and the determined output mode supported by the optical module. The port does not need to be configured manually, and plug and play of the optical module is realized.
