The invention provides an information processing system, a learning device, an information processing method and the like which output appropriate maintenance information corresponding to ejection defects of a printing device. An information processing system (200) includes: a storage unit (230) that stores a learned model that learns a print head (30) on the basis of a data set in which ink flow path information indicating a state of an ink flow path of the print head (30), nozzle surface image information obtained by capturing an image of a nozzle plate surface of the print head (30), and maintenance information of the print head are associated; machine learning is performed on the maintenance condition of the printing head (30); an acquisition unit (210) that acquires ink flow path information and nozzle surface image information; and a processing unit (220) that outputs maintenance information on the basis of the acquired ink channel interior information and nozzle surface image information and the learned model.
