The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following raw material medicines in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of rhizoma smilacis glabrae, 20-40 parts of Chinese yam, 10-20 parts of fructus forsythiae, 5-15 parts of folium isatidis, 10-20 parts of rhizoma dioscoreae hypoglaucae, 8-16 parts of radix rehmanniae recen, 5-15 parts of angelica sinensis, 5-15 parts of rhizoma alismatis and 5-15 parts of semen plantaginis. The invention further provides application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition. The medicine has the effects of clearing heat, cooling blood, dispelling wind and promoting diuresis.
