The human body reconstruction method comprises the steps that a to-be-processed image sequence is acquired, a to-be-processed optical flow sequence corresponding to the to-be-processed image sequence is acquired, and the to-be-processed image sequence comprises a human body; extracting a first time sequence feature from the to-be-processed image sequence, and extracting a second time sequence feature from the to-be-processed optical flow sequence; and generating human body parameters corresponding to the to-be-processed image sequence according to the first time sequence feature and the second time sequence feature.
