The invention discloses an operation control method and device of an air conditioner, the air conditioner and a storage medium, the air conditioner comprises a compressor, a four-way valve, an outdoor heat exchanger, an indoor heat exchanger and a liquid impact prevention device, the liquid impact prevention device is arranged on a circulating flow path formed by the compressor, the four-way valve, the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger; the method comprises the following steps that when the air conditioner enters an air outlet temperature enhancing stage, an indoor fan is controlled to operate at a first rotating speed, and a compressor is controlled to operate at a first frequency; and when the air conditioner quits the outlet air temperature enhancing stage, the air conditioner is controlled to enter a conventional operation stage from the outlet air temperature enhancing stage, the operation frequency of the compressor is adjusted to a second frequency, and the second frequency is smaller than the first frequency.
