Problems solved by technology

Most of the current laser devices use a beam expander and focusing device to focus the laser beam at one point and inject it into the liquid in the cavitation chamber to induce cavitation, which can only generate cavitation in a straight line in the liquid, and the degradation efficiency needs to be improved.

Embodiment Construction

[0014] The device of the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0015] like figure 1 As shown, a high-efficiency laser cavitation degradation wastewater device includes a laser cavitation system, an auxiliary degradation system, and a control and detection system. The laser cavitation system is composed of a 100-joule multi-dimensional parameter adjustable laser, an all-reflection mirror, a two-dimensional scanning galvanometer, a spatial light modulator, a cavitation bin, a workbench, a three-dimensional mobile platform, and the like. In the laser cavitation system, the total reflection mirror 4 and the 100joule-level multi-dimensional parameter adjustable laser 2 are placed at an angle of 45 degrees on the plane and the center is facing the laser beam. The center of the laser beam 3 is located on the same straight line, and the laser controller 1 realizes high-speed laser scanning by controlling the 100joul...

Abstract

The invention relates to a high-efficiency laser cavitation wastewater degradation device and method. The high-efficiency laser cavitation wastewater degradation device comprises a laser cavitation system, an auxiliary degradation system and a control and detection system. The laser cavitation system is composed of a laser, a total reflective mirror, a two-dimensional scanning galvanometer, a spatial light modulator, a cavitation bin, a workbench and a three-dimensional mobile platform. The auxiliary degradation system coordinates degradation through carbon quantum dot nano catalysis and acts on the cavitation bin to assist the laser cavitation process, a green nano catalyst is synthesized, and the pollutant degradation rate is increased. The control and detection system is composed of a control center, a controller, a water quality detector, a temperature sensor and a data processor. The multi-focus array is generated by using the hundred-joule-level multi-dimensional parameter adjustable laser and the spatial light modulator, and the combination of several modes of laser high-speed scanning and nano-catalysis coordinated degradation is realized by using the two-dimensional galvanometer, so that the sewage degradation rate is greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of water pollution degradation, and particularly relates to a high-efficiency laser cavitation degradation wastewater device and method. Background technique [0002] At present, the method of degrading sewage by using the principle of laser cavitation to realize sewage treatment is gradually developing. Compared with hydraulic cavitation, laser cavitation has the advantages of operability and more sufficient degradation. Most of the current laser devices use a beam expander focusing device to focus the laser beam at a point and inject it into the liquid in the cavitation chamber to induce cavitation, which can only generate cavitation in a straight line in the liquid, and the degradation efficiency needs to be improved. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a high-efficiency laser cavitation degrading wastewater device and method, so that the process of laser...
