When a central coordinator polls a mobile terminal not ready to send data, which does not respond the CF- poll frame and regulates its NAV value to be a special value-SPIFS, when the data of the terminal is ready it races for the control power to transmission medium and if it detects, the transmission medium has SPIFS long idle time in this unracing period, it gets the control power to transmission medium to begin sending data.
